Study Eligibility

You will be eligible for the study if you meet all of the following criteria:

Inclusion criteria:

Singapore citizens or permanent residents (PRs)
Aged 21 years to 65 years
Able to speak and understand English
Met criteria for adverse childhood experiences and subsyndromal depression
Not currently diagnosed with any mental disorder
Willing and able to undergo assessment and intervention online

Exclusion Criteria:

Currently diagnosed with any mental disorder
Currently experiencing cognitive impairment as determined by attending physician
Have received or currently receiving dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)
Female participants who are pregnant
Currently enrolled in the main PREDICT study
